Bidders, Vendors and Contractors are responsible for checking this site for Addendums and to advise the Purchasing Office with their intent to participate.

The Purchasing Department is not responsible for interruptions or technical difficulties in website access or operation. The City of Aspen always publishes notices in The Aspen Times newspaper when the competitive bid or proposal process is required. Faxed submittals will not be accepted.
