The East of Aspen area is located between Tagert Lake on the east and the Northstar Preserve on the west; and abuts the Aspen Urban Growth Boundary area, containing all of the residential development along the Highway 82 corrridor from the edge of the Aspen Urban Growth Boundary to Tagert Lake.
