The Maroon/Castle Creek area is located on Highway 82 from the Castle Creek bridge along the centerline of Castle Creek to a point opposite the curve in Castle Creek Road just above the Castle Ridge Condominiums, then south along a line, paralleling Richmond Hill to a point south of the Pine Creek Cookhouse and opposite the Montezuma road turnoff, then northwest to Maroon Lake, then northeast along the Sievers Mountain ridgeline, continuing along the extension of that line to a point on the centerline of Maroon Creek closest to the present residence of James E. Moore, then to a point on a line 100 feet from the centerline of Maroon Creek Road and paralleling said Maroon Creek Road, then along said line to its intersection with the centerline of Highway 82, then to the point of beginning. Inclusive of all property abutting Maroon Creek Road and/or accessing from Maroon Creek Road, to Maroon Lake, plus the Castle Creek Valley, inclusive of all property abutting Castle Creek road and/or accessing Castle Creek Road, to the Monezuma turnoff, plus all property between Castle and Maroon Creek Roads.
