The Woody Creek boundaries are Highway 82 from the intersection of Smith Way and Highway 82 to the Old Snowmass Bridge, over the bridge and along Lower River Road and straight up the mountain to the ridge, then Southeast along that ridge back up-valley, encompassing all Lower River Road, Phillips Trailer Court, lower Woody Creek, Little Woody Creek, up past the Community School, with a spur encompassing the Lenado Valley as far as Lenado, and then in a straight line back west to Highway 82, on the southside of Jaffee's property, passing through a point on top of Jaffee Hill.
