Non-Profit Grant Program
Our community benefits from non-profit agencies that add vibrancy and texture to our quality of
life in the Roaring Fork Valley. The City of Aspen and Pitkin County recognize the on-going
partnerships that we have had with non-profits through the years. Working collaboratively
with the goal of streamlining the grant process for non-profits seeking funding from one or
both entities, the City of Aspen and Pitkin County have developed:
2007 Non-Profit Training with Bill Rivenbark
The goals of common form and systems of evaluation are:
- To allow an efficiency for non-profits who can then spend less time completing grant forms and more time fulfilling their mission, and
- To encourage complete and focused grant applications that accurately reflect the applicant's mission, goals, benefit to the community, target audience and financial condition.
The City of Aspen and Pitkin County have separate funding sources and separate grant review
processes. For more information on each, please refer to the appropriate section below.
