Pitkin County's annual Healthy Community Fund grant program works to support non-profit organizations that provide
critical health and human services and community resources to people who live and/or work in
Pitkin County. We support agencies up and down the Roaring Fork Valley that fit those criteria.
We do ask that funded agencies report on the number of unduplicated Pitkin residents and workers
that are served by their programs and services.
